FINAL MEETING OF BOTH ADMINISTRATIONS FOR GEODETIC AND REAL PROPERTY AFFAIRS REPRESENTATIVES AND WORLD BANK REPRESENTATIVES

Final meeting of the World Bank representatives and the Administrations representatives from both entities was held in premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 18 October 2017, and the Director, Mr. Željko Obradović welcomed all participants and opened this meeting.

The main agenda subject was an analysis and presentation of the results of the Real Estate Registration Project - RERP in BiH.

The main project activities in the Federation BiH are related to harmonization between cadastral and land registry data in urban areas, and public display of real estates in Republic of Srpska. In the Federation of BiH activities on the harmonization and replacement of land register data, on a new cadastral survey, are implementing in seven phases, in 215 cadastral municipalities.

Cadastral part of harmonization is completed for 129 cadastral municipalities. Real Estate data are harmonized for 44 cadastral municipalities, and for 85 cadastral municipalities from third, fourth, fifth and sixth phase the harmonization is still in process.

At the meeting it was pointed out that all activities are carried out in accordance with adopted and agreed plans, and mutual satisfaction with implementation level was expressed. World Bank representatives are satisfied with current results and cooperation of both geodetic administrations with the World Bank, and the Project is prolonged by January 2020. The next World Bank mission will be held in April 2018.
