FINAL MEETING BETWEEN REPRESENTATIVES OF THE WORLD BANK AND REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ENTITY ADMINISTRATIONS FOR GEODETIC AND REAL PROPERTY AFFAIRS

A final meeting between representatives of the World Bank and representatives of the entity Administrations for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs was held in Banja Luka on 15 May 2018, within a regular World Bank mission in order to review the implementation of the Real Estate Registration Project.

During the meeting was pointed out the satisfaction with the project results in both entities. It is important to mention that 97 cadastral municipalities were harmonized in the Federation of BiH, and cca 515000 owners and co-owners have registered their real estate within this project. Thanks to the regular acitivities of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Real Estate Registration Project in the Federation of BiH 70% parcels,respectively 51% territory has been vectorized.

Besides the harmonization between cadastral and land registry data in urban areas which is main activity of the Real Estate Registration Project, it is important to mention the activities for improvement of working conditions in terms of renovation and equipping in the cadastral and land registry offices in FBiH. Good organization in realization of projects and cooperation with the World Bank team was also pointed out.

Next visit of the World Bank representatives will be held in November current Year.
