FINAL CONFERENCE OF THE PROJECT: "IMPLEMENTATION OF JOINT SERVICES FOR E-SERVICE"

The final conference of the project " IMPLEMENTATION OF JOINT SERVICES FOR E-SERVICE " was held in Sarajevo at the Hotel Hills.

The purpose of the Conference was to familiarize public administration institutions with the availability of common services for the publication of new e-services through central portals and unique points of contact, as well as with the terms and conditions for their use. As a result of this Project is the possibility of involvement of other institutions in providing e-services to citizens and legal entities if there are technical prerequisites for this.

 By implementing the project "IMPLEMENTATION OF JOINT SERVICES FOR E-SERVICES" in which as the pilot institution for the level of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (FGA) goal was to find easier and more efficient access to surveying and cadastre data for citizens, legal entities and all other interested parties. In this way, significant savings in working hours, a reduction in the workload of employees of local self-government level and Federal level, as well as the introduction of an additional means of communication between officials and applicants are realized.

 All applicants will have access to information about the status and changes in the submitted Application at any time. The integration of FGA information system and the central point of contact will enable the submission of "Request for use of survey data and cadastre" in electronic form, or via the Internet. The system will initially be available in 3 pilot locations (Municipality of Centar Sarajevo, Municipality of Kreševo and Municipality of Ilijaš), but the future expansion is planned for all local self-governments.

 The use of full functionality of information systems is expected by adoption and application of the Law on Electronic Signature.

 The employees of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs namely Mr. Denis Tabučić and Mr. Nedim Hadžiosmanović, held the presentation related to project implementation and the developed possibilities for mentioned Administration.
