First contracts for cadastre and land registry harmonization projects were signed in the offices of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of FBiH. These projects are implemented under Component A of „Real Estate Registration Project – RERP“. The RERP's Component A, entitled „Real estate registration data development“, is the main project component, involving mainly harmonization of cadastre and land registry data. The plan is to harmonize under this Component cadastre and land registry data for the whole urban territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The contracts were signed for three municipalities: Tešanj (Tešanj I, Tešanj II, and Jelah cadastral municipalities), Posušje (Posušje and Bešlići cadastral municipalities) and Gračanica (Gračanica and Orahovica Gornja cadastral municipalities). On behalf of the Administration, the contracts were signed by its Director, Željko Obradović, while on behalf of the service providers, i.e., consortium „Angermaier“ Ltd. & Geodet Ltd., and companies „Geometrika“ Ltd. and „Gauss“ Ltd., they were signed by their authorized representatives, Amir Karabegović, Jerko Leventić, and Mirza Ponjavić, respectively.

The plan is to harmonize under these projects real property data between cadastre and land registry and transfer data from the Ledger of Deposited Contracts (LDC) to land registry for the aforementioned cadastral municipalities. The deadline for implementation of the projects is six months from the date of the signature of the contracts, which will be followed by the land registry replacement procedure that will be implemented in the land registry offices of the relevant municipal courts in accordance with the Law on Land Registry and funded under the RERP too.
