CONTINUOUS TRAINING AND EDUCATION OF ALL STAKEHOLDERS IN THE FBiH LAND ADMINISTRATION SECTOR

In order to improve quality of service in the Land Registry and Cadastre, continuous training and education of all stakeholders in land administration sector of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is an integral part of the Project and contributes to improved implementation of development goal relating to supporting the development of a sustainable system of real estate registration with the harmonized land registry and cadastral records in urban areas.

In the period of October 2016 - April 2017, the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Real Estate Registration Project, through the selected consultant, held 42 training.

Training plans based on identified real needs of staff in the land administration in the Federation, which is used as the basis for selection of priority content and theme of education.

Some of the topics covered during these trainings are:

-Law on Property Rights and Low on Land Registration- Field of Law;

-Usage of satellite measurements and recording of geodetic surveying- Geodetic Surveys Field;

-Geoinformatic Information Systems and Spatial Data Infrastructure- Field of Geoinformatics;

-Project preparation and management and strategic management of human resources- Field of Project Management;

-Basic principles and practical application of legislation in the field of urban planning-Field of Spatial Planning;

-Implementation of information systems in the area of land registries and real estate cadasters- Field of informatics.

Participants were engaged in land administration, public attorneys, lawyers, notaries, bank representatives.

The total number of participants who attended to these seminars is 1274, 716 female and 558 male.

In the following period, activities of conducting training and education will continue according to the 2017 Training Plan, where would be 17 training sessions in 2017 with an estimate of 2,000 participants.
