Continuation of the survey renewal project in the area of the municipality of Ilidža

On Wednesday 06.07.2022. a meeting of representatives of the municipality of Ilidža and the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs was held and the signing of the Agreement on the joint financing of the continuation of the survey renewal project for the cadastral municipalities of Blažuj, Butmir, Hrasnica and Osijek.

At the meeting, ongoing works on the restoration of the survey of the c.m. Vlakovo were analyzed and expressed mutual satisfaction with the current works and the results achieved on the pilot project of survey renewal in the area of ​​the municipality of Ilidža. After the completion of preparatory works and aerial photogrammetric recording, the deciphering of the photo sketches and the creation of a database for public review of land surveying and cadastral classification data began. Decryption of the photo sketches is in the final stage and it is expected that the exhibition for public review will begin in September 2022 and the establishment of new cadastral records in early 2023.

The continuation of the survey renewal project includes cadastral municipalities and works aimed at establishing new, accurate and reliable cadastral records that will be used in the Real Estate Registration Project and the establishment/replacement of the land register book. In accordance with the agreed activity plan, the planned works will be carried out in the next 2,5 years.

In 2022, it is planned to start work on the cadastral municipalities Blažuj and Osijek (preparatory works and aerial photogrammetry) and during 2023 the beginning of works on the cadastral municipalities of Butmir and Hrasnica and the completion of works on the cadastral municipalities of Blažuj and Osijek.

The Federal Administration and the Municipality of Ilidža continue their successful cooperation, both on the renewal of the survey and on other projects that the Federal Administration implements together with local self-government units in the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
