Continuation of preparations for pilot projects and planning of future activities for the purpose of Digital Archive development

In accordance with the planned activities of the CILAP project for a period 19-22.10.2015, workshop with a goal to start preparation for implementation of pilot projects for digital archive development is held in Laktaši.

The workshop is led by experts from Lantmäteriet Mrs. Kristina Bwire Lund and Mr. Torbjörn Porsander.

The main theme of the workshop was continution of preparition for pilot projects (municipality Gradaččac and local office Laktaši) and the definition of business processes and requirements. Within this workshop, the working group visited the local office Laktaši in order to see all documents related to the land register and cadastre on site. The objective of the mission was:

• Determination of the working processes of digital archives and explanation of the steps in detail, with definitions of roles, responsibilities and resources necessary to perform each activities
• Planning the pilot project (volumes, office, manpower)
• Analysis of performed works in the municipality Gradačac and local office Laktaši in accordance with recommendations from the previous workshop
• Creation of working plan for 2016

Expected result of the workshop is a clear picture of current situation and creation of detailed plan of activities within the pilot projects in the local office Laktaši and municipality Gradačac.
