Closing ceremony on the occasion of the CILAP project completion

A closing ceremony on the occasion of the “Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina” – CILAP project completion was held in Mostar on 30 November 2022. The “Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina” – CILAP project was a long-term ten-year project with the general goal of increasing the efficiency and reliability of land administration procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The CILAP project, in cooperation with its partners, the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Lantmäteriet, with the support of the Embassy of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency, achieved significant results in the areas of address register, sales price register, geodetic infrastructure, information technologies, digital archive, and these were presented at final ceremony.

The final ceremony brought together managers, officials, consultants and representatives of project partners and institutions involved in land administration in BiH and project activities.

The ceremony was also an opportunity to thank all project participants for their enormous commitment in both BIH entities, who made a significant contribution so that Kingdom of Sweden's donation being effective and results in better service to all interest groups, especially the Bosnia and Herzegovina citizens through the land administration modernization and e-services development.

After the closing ceremony, it was also held the final steering committee.

The closing ceremony was preceded by media address by the director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, Mr. Željko Obradović and the director of the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Property - Legal Affairs Mr. Dragan Stanković, donor representative, the deputy director of Lantmäteriet, and the head of cooperation in SIDA at the Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
