CILAP project’s Steering committee meeting

A regular annual meeting of the Steering Committee of the Project “Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina”– CILAP and Norwegian project was held in Mostar on January 30^st, 2020.

The Steering Committee meeting was attended by:

• Mr. Mikael Lilje, Head of International Services department of Lantmäteriet

• Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs
• Ms. Bosiljka Predragovic, Director of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS
• Ms. Andja Zimic, CILAP project Director
• Mr. Torgny Svenungsson, Counsellor, Deputy Head of Mission of the Kingdom of Sweden
• Mr. Nedim Bukvic, representative of SIDA
• Mr. Denis Tabucic, CILAP project coordinator for Federation BiH
• Mr. Jasenko Nedinic, CILAP project coordinator for RS

The Steering Committee meeting started with the presentation of Annual Progress Report for Year 2019 that was given by Ms. Andja Zimic. Results of project components related to capacity building within land administration institutions in BiH were presented by Ms. Andja Zimic, project coordinators, Mr. Denis Tabučić and Mr. Jasenko Nedinić, and component leaders for the Address Register and Sales Price Registers namely Mr. Dejan Jeremic and Ms. Jelena Zelic.

CILAP project phasing out plans and activities were also discussed during the Steering Committee meeting. All participants expressed their great satisfaction with the implementation and results of the CILAP project and concluded that the support that project provides is very important not only for the development of geodetic authorities as direct beneficiaries, but also for the improvement of entire Land Administration sector in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
