,,Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Management in Institutions,, Workshop Held

Under the Swedish CILAP Project, a workshop entitled ,,Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina – Management in Institutions,, was held on 27-29 October 2014 in Jahorina. This workshop was attended by the managers and staff of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of FBiH and Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS.
The workshop was facilitated by two experts from Lantmäteriet (Swedish Geodetic Authority), Mmes Anna Hedlund Björk and Gunilla Tosteby. Examples of human resource management and employee motivation were presented to the workshop participants, as well as the management method that Lantmäteriet employs. The workshop participants evaluated the aforementioned presentations as very beneficial, because employees are one of the most important resources of any organization. Namely, success of an organization depends mostly on its employees, so the management of these resources by the senior levels of management is considered to be of the utmost interest for the organization.
The workshop was organized under Component 2 of CILAP Project (human resource development).
