Agreement regarding development of Digital Archive IT system is signed

In the premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, on 25 January 2017, regarding development of Digital Archive IT system is signed.

Preparation of the mentioned Agreement has been successfully finalized with support of “Public services for real estate market and EU integration” project, which is carried out in Bosnia and Herzegovina in accordance with signed Agreement of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Kingdom of Norway.

Service provider namely Gauss Ltd. Tuzla has been chosen via public procurement, and Mr. Mirza Ponjavić as authorized representative has signed this Contract with Mr. Željko Obradović, director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs, and with Mr. Helge Onsrud, director of the Department of International Cooperation of Norway Geodetic Administration.

The Digital Archive application system represent possibility for cadastral and other types of documents management at the local municipal level, and at the same time on central location of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs.

The main goal of project “Public services for real estate market and EU integration” is capacity building within Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs RS, in the field of preparation, storage and dissemination of geographic information.

These objectives support capacity building for real estate registration and increase access to geographic information, in order to comply with relevant requirements for European integration specified in the EU INSPIRE Directive.
