AGREEMENT ON RENOVATION OF LAND REGISTRY AND CADASTRAL OFFICES IS SIGNED

In the premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real - Property Affairs, the agreement on the renovation of the land registry and cadastral offices in the Federation of BiH - Phase II is signed on March 02^nd, 2016. The agreement was signed by Mr. Željko Obradović, director of the Federal Administration and Mr. Samir Bešlagić, assistant director of operative tasks of the company Ćosićpromex Ltd.Usora.

The contract value is 669,552.81 BAM, and the implementation period is six months. The renovation will include seventeen (17) offices, respectively three land registry and 14 (fourteen) cadastral offices in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The Agreement was signed as part of Component B implementation (Development of infrastructure for the real estates registration) of Real Estate Registration Project, which is financed by World Bank credit funds. The main goal of renovating offices is to improve working conditions and infrastructure in the land registry and cadastral offices, which will result in better services and increased levels of customer satisfaction.
