A seminar on Law on real rights of the Federation of BiH was held in Jajce

Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs was held a seminar on Law on real rights of the Federation of BiH within the Real Estate Registration Project regular activities.

A seminar was held in Municipality of Jajce on 23 May 2018 and it was intended for heads of the land registry offices in municipal courts, heads of the cadastral offices and employees in the property legal services in municipalities.

On this ocassion speakers were Mr. Enes Hašić, profesor on the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica and Mrs. Darja Softić Kadenić, profesor on the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, and some of the topics were: land debt, registration of a special part of the property (in the building), building rights, legal regime and real estate transactions in ownership of the persons of public Law.

On the seminar was attended employees from municipal courts in Cazin, Kiseljak, Travnik, Jajce and Bugojno, and employees from municipalities of Bužim, Bosanska Krupa, Bosanski Petrovac, Gornji Vakuf- Uskoplje, Kreševo, Dobretići, Jajce, Bugojno, Busovača, Vitez, Ključ, and cities of Bihać and Cazin.
