A Meeting was held in Primary Court Orašje

A meeting between representatives of the Federal Ministry of Justice, the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real - Property Affairs, the Primary court Orašje and the Municipality Orašje was held in Orašje on 22 January 2016. The meeting was attended by Mr. Mato Jozić, minister of the Federal Ministry of Justice, Mr. Željko Obradović, director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real - Property Affairs, Mr. Nedžad Pašalić, director’s assistant, Mr. Darko Županić, president of the Primary Court, Mr. Đuro Topić, mayor of Municipality Orašje and representatives of the municipal cadastral office. The meeting was also attended by Ms. Andja Zimic, director of CILAP project and Mr. Šeho Zimić, CILAP technical assistant.

Meeting focused on realization of consolidation project and the implementation of Project "Real Estate Registration" – RERP activities.

Completion of the cadastral activities, in consolidation project in cadastral municipalities Kopanice and Vidovice, is expected by the end of February 2016, and data will be submitted to the land registry office of the Primary court Orašje.

The implementation of contractual requirements within Real Estate Registration Project - RERP is carried out in accordance with the planned dynamics and requires maximum commitment of cadaster and urban planning municipal offices.

After a discussion of current issues, satisfaction with the implemented activities was emphasized. At the same time putting into operation completed cadastral activities during the process of establishment and replacement of the land registry book in Orašje as soon as possible is requested.

Considering the complexity of all activities during implementation of Real Estate Registration Project - RERP, the strengthening of capacity both, in municipal offices as well as in land registry office of the Primary court Orašje is suggested.
