A meeting regarding development of utility cadaster software

After the joint public procurement of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Property Affairs and the Institute for Construction of the Canton of Sarajevo, for the provision of services "Software for cadaster of utility devices", the consortium Geometrika d.o.o. Grude and Gauss d.o.o. Tuzla was selected as the most favorable bidder.

The first meeting of the working group in charge of monitoring the implementation of the software development project and service providers was held on Decembar 10th. The meeting agreed on the method of communication between the representatives of the working group and the representatives of the service providers, the appointment of contact persons and the method of periodic reporting by the service providers, all in accordance with the terms of reference.

The working group presented the project assignment, analyzed all the project phases defined by the project assignment, the minimum general, functional and non-functional requirements that the utility cadaster software should meet.

The signed Agreement envisages the development, testing and implementation of the software in four locations by the end of November 2019.
