Workshop within CILAP Project “Preparation for start of pilot project and initial consideration on requirements for future development of IT system for mass valuation”

The online workshop within the Component 3: “Support to the Sales Price Register maintenance and strengthening of institutional cooperation with Tax authorities” was held during period of April 27-28, 2020.

A workshop is envisaged to support activities related to the implementation of the pilot project and held by Mr. Söderblom Hans, the expert from Lantmateriet. The representatives of the working groups from the entity geodetic administrations attended the workshop.

The first part of the workshop started with the introduction of the Swedish model of the IT system for mass valuation (GIS CAMA). During the workshop, the requirements for the IT system, the analysis of data quality and the determination of the use cases that have influence on valuation were discussed.

During the second day the expert gave instructions and recommendations related to the consideration of the system model as well as the use of statistical methods to be applied in the future and also in the pilot project.

In accordance with the recommendations, the working groups will start with consideration of the requirements for valuation system in pilot but which will later serve as the basis for a future mass valuation system (GIS CAMA) of properties.
