Workshop Under Component 2: Human Resource Development

In line with the activities planned under the CILAP Project, a follow-up workshop was held on 12-15 October 2015, in Trebinje, to continue work on development of human resource strategies of both geodetic administrations. This workshop was facilitated by Anna Hedlund Björk, expert from Lantmäteriet.

During the workshop, participants from the geodetic administrations presented their initial strategy drafts, while the expert from Lantmäteriet expressed her satisfaction with what has been done so far and provided her suggestions on how to improve the strategy drafts of both geodetic administrations. They worked together on analyzing strategy principles as the key guidelines for implementation of the strategies, as well as on analyzing proposed objectives. Special emphasis was placed on defining the next steps and needs in the process of development of human resource strategies and creation of plans for their implementation in day-to-day work.
