Workshop on component 1 of the CILAP project: Support to the continuous organizational strengthening, institutionalization and intensified collaboration with stakeholders to make the program sustainable beyond 2021

In accordance with the planned activities of the CILAP project, an online workshop with a goal of building capacity of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (FGA) and the Republic Authority for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (RGA) in the area of sustainability was held on March 25, 2021.

Lantmäteriet’s experts Mr. Patrik Blom and Ms. Mia Sjö led the workshop, attended by the FGA and RGA management representatives, including FGA director Zeljko Obradovic and assistant directors from both authorities.

The topics of the workshop were:

• Lantmäteriet approach
• Tasks and goals
• The most important areas for the authorities to achieve sustainability (environment, social issues and economy)
• Stakeholders
• Possibilities for improvements

The workshop included practical exercise in determination of most important area for sustainability of FGA and RGA.
