WORKSHOP FOR LAND REGISTRY OFFICES IN FBIH

On December 07 and 08, 2017 in Mostar, a workshop was held for the heads of land registry offices who participated in the activities carried out through the Real Estate Registration Project in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the workshop the attendants were greeted by Mr. Željko Obradović, Director of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Mr. Nedžad Pašalić, Head of the Project Implementation Unit. The workshop was led by Mrs. Slađana Lozančić, consultant for land registry issues in the Unit. The workshop was attended by heads and clerks of land registry offices from the Municipal Court in Tešanj, Gračanica, Široki Brijeg, Goražde, Bugojno, Mostar, Livno, Bihać, Velika Kladuša, Tuzla, Lukavac, Čapljina, Zenica, Orašje, Zavidovići, Sarajevo and Ljubuški.

The purpose of the workshop was the exchange of experience in solving cases related to replacement / establishment of the Land Registry Book, which is carried out as part of the Real Estate Registration Project. Ways of solving specific land registry cases during process of establishment, cases in which, due to old survey, property is registered as one of the forms of State Property, and related submitted complaints, as well as many other issues were discussed during the workshop.
