Visit of representatives of Federal Institute for Statistics

Director of the Federal Institute for Statistics Doc.Dr. Emir Kremić, together with his associates, visited Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 6 February 2019 and held a joint meeting with Director, Mr. Željko Obradović and Assistant Director for Geoinformatics Mr. Nedžad Pašalić. These two institutions have developed high-quality cooperation which came to the fore especially during last population census, and in the field of the Spatial Data Infrastructure of Federation of BiH.

The desire for further cooperation was emphasized and representatives of the Federal Institute for Statistics were particularly interested in Digital orthophoto data and Address Register data which are available in the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs. The satisfaction with the cooperation so far has been highlighted, but the need for expansion of cooperation was also pointed out,in the interest of building a systematic approach to collecting, processing and exchanging data.
