THE SEVENTH SESSION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE FBiH SPATIAL DATA INFRASTRUCTURE

The seventh session of the FBiH Council of the Spatial Data Infrastructure was held in the premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 12^thof July 2017. This session was attended by Council members of the competent institutions, as determined by the FBiH Government decision.

At this session, the Council discussed the following agenda items:

- Adoption of the minutes from the VI session of the FBiH SDI Council;

- Information on newly elected of the Working Group on Institutional and Legal Issues

- Information on the activities of the Working Group on Technical Standards;

- Presentation of the draft version of the FBiH SDI website

- Presentation and selection of the FBiH SDI logo

- Information on the Register of SDI entities and Register of spatial data sources

- Current issues.

Mr. Željko Obradović, the President of the FBiH SDI Council addressed the participants and explained the reasons for electing a new leader of the Working Group on Institutional and Legal Issues. The information about the activities of the Working Group on Technical Standards was presented by Mr. Nikola Cvjetković, the Working Group President. Mr. Nedim Hadžiosmanović presented the draft version of the FBiH SDI website, which includes all necessary and relevant information about FBiH SDI, and all information soon will be available to the public. A few examples of the FBiH SDI logo for the website were also presented, and all members gave their comments and suggested other possible versions. The information about the Register of SDI entities and the Register of spatial data sources was presented by Mrs. Slobodanka Ključanin.
