THE REGULAR ANNUAL MEETING OF CILAP PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND ALL COMPONENTS LEADERS

During 15-16 November 2017 the regular Annual meeting of CILAP project management and all components leaders of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS was held in Mostar.

In opening address Mr. Željko Obradović, the Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs have welcomed all participants and emphasized the importance of the CILAP project. Also, Mr. Denis Tabučić, coordinator of CILAP project have addressed those present and expressed satisfaction with executed activities and results achieved so far.

The meeting was led by Mrs. Anđa Zimić, CILAP project Director. For the first day, leaders of the first three CILAP components presented the results and indicators for Year 2017, as well as the plans and indicators for the following 2018. The following three CILAP components were presented during second day of the meeting, after which additional time was left for consultations, and coordination of future plans has been left for both geodetic administrations. For this purpose, a presentation on "Planning and monitoring business plans (long-term and short-term) with IT support of both Entity Administrations for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs was presented by Mrs. Karin Sågström, Lantmäteriet's expert.

All participants have expressed their satisfaction with results achieved, and above all, by joint work, and they expect similar and even better results during following period of the CILAP project implementation.
