SIGNED PROTOCOL ON COOPERATION WITH THE PRIVATISATION REVISION AGENCY OF THE FBIH

Director of the Federal Geodetic Administration Mr. Željko Obradović and Director of the Privatisation Revision Agency for the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Mr. Vedad Duraković, signed a Protocol on Cooperation between the two institutions in the Administration's premises on January 31, 2024.

The purpose of the signed Protocol is to strengthen and ensure the formal framework of the mutual cooperation. With the signed Protocol, the signatories express their readiness for more intensive cooperation in the area of their activities, based on the powers prescribed by law with mutual trust and understanding. All forms of cooperation will take place without payment of compensation, except in the cases where the applicable regulations provide otherwise.

The signatories agree that they will take all necessary measures for keeping information confidentiality and that the exchanged information will be used only for the purpose for which it was given.
