Signed contracts within the Real estate registration project- additional financing

The Contracts for harmonization between the land registry and cadastral data have been signed for 59 cadastral municipalities, which are under jurisdiction of 19 municipal courts: Stari Grad Sarajevo, Novo Sarajevo, Centar Sarajevo, Vogosca, Ilijas, Busovaca, Bihac, Capljina, Citluk, Stolac, Ljubuski, Mostar, Gorazde, Foca Ustikolina, Tomislavgrad, Grude, Velika Kladusa, Zenica, Gradacac, Srebrenik, Lukavac, Orasje, Tuzla, Tesanj, Zavidovici, Maglaj, Zivinice.

The Contracts for the implementation of this activity which have been organized in three separated LOTs were signed by Mr. Zeljko Obradovic on behalf of the FGA with authorized service providers.

Deadline for the Contract realization is six months since from the day of Contract effectiveness, followed by the procedure of replacement and establishment of the land register, which is carried out in the land registry offices of the competent municipal courts in accordance with the Land Registry Law.

On this occasion have also signed the Contracts for Phase I Vectorization and cadastral base creation, which includes 30 cadastral municipalities from Bosanski Petrovac, Bosansko Grahovo, Grude, Prozor- Rama and City of Mostar.
