Seminar regarding activities on the public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land

A meeting of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs representatives and representatives of municipality’s cadastral offices was held in Sarajevo on 23 May 2018. On the meeting attended representatives from cities/municipalities from Federation of BIH: Bihać, Livno, Mostar, Bosanska Krupa, Bosanski Petrovac, Bosansko Grahovo, Dobretići, Drvar, Foča/Ustikolina, Gornji Vakuf/Uskoplje, Grude, Ilijaš, Jajce, Kiseljak, Kladanj, Ključ, Kupres, Livno, Mostar, Neum, Odžak, Olovo, Prozor/Rama, Ravno, Sanski Most, Stolac, Tomislavgrad, Žepče and Posušje.

Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs Mr. Željko Obradović addressed all attendees and pointed out the importance of the public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land, and said that is the equally important project like harmonization between land registry and cadastral data.

Realization of the pilot projects in 14 cadastral municipalities from 11 political municipalities of the Federation of BIH is in the progress now and those results and experiences will use in the realization of activities in the rest of the territory of the Federation of BiH.

Mr. Admir Šistek, Head of the Service for Geodetic Affairs and Real Estate Cadastre of Municipality of Ključ and member of the Commission for public display, has presented obligations of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and obligations of each municipality in the project implementation, and ways of financing. A Minutes about determination the situation in accordance with the provisions 9 and 10 Regulation on Public display of data regarding survey and cadastral classification of land was also presented, and the steps for determination the state of the documentation for exposure.

Mr. Ivan Lesko, Director of the Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton and Chairman of the Commission for public display, has presented ways of harmonization of data regarding survey and cadastral classification with real condition, and steps in preparation of data for display. A procedure of display was also presented and procedures at the end of the replacement / establishment of the land register.

The conclusion of the seminar is how it is required maximum responsibility, dedication and seriousness for finalization of this project, and how is the main burden and responsability of project implementation on local self-government units.
