SALES PRICE REGISTER – PRESENTATION OF THE APPLICATION TO THE REPRESENTATIVES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF HADŽIĆI

A meeting was held in the premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs (FGA) with representatives of the Municipality of Hadžići on 25 April 2017. The aim of the meeting is a continuation of successful cooperation and realization of activities regarding Component 3 "Support to the establishment of Sales Price Register" within CILAP project, which is carried out by the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs in cooperation with the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

For that purpose, the benefits of Sales Price Register (SPR) and overview of conducted activities in the municipalities of Sarajevo Center and Novo Sarajevo, were presented to the representatives of Municipality of Hadžići respectively municipal commision for property valuation and Tax Office. Participants were acquainted with organizational and process models, which includes gathering data using Minutes of municipal commission and data entry in SPR application. At the meeting were agreed the following activities which include a preparatory phase and establishment of Sales Price Register in Municipality of Hadžići.
