SALES PRICE REGISTER – PRESENTATION OF APPLICATION TO MUNICIPALITY TEŠANJ

In order to continue the successful cooperation and implementation of activities regarding Component 3 "Support to the establishment of Sales Price Register" within CILAP project which is carried out by Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs in cooperation with the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina a meeting was held on April 19, 2017 in the premises of the Municipality of Tešanj.

A meeting was attended by representatives of Municipal office for Cadastre, Urban Planning and Real Property Affairs, members of Municipal commision for property valuation and representatives of the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

At the opening address, Ms. Andja Zimić, director of the Project and Mr. Suad Huskić, Municipal Mayor welcomed the attendees. Presentation of Sales Price Register application (SPR) was led by Ms. Jelena Zelić. Participants were acquainted with data entry process and steps to be implemented within this activity. For that purpose, organizational and process models were presented, which include gathering data using Minutes of municipal commission and data entry in SPR application. The training of data entry was conducted, together with future users, by Ms. Vedrana Vučić. At the meeting, following activities which include a preparatory phase and establishment of Sales Price Register in Municipality of Tešanj were agreed.
