Roundtable on Finalization of Survey and Real Estate Cadastre Establishment Activities in FBH Held

A roundtable on the topic of ,,Finalization of Survey and Real Estate Cadastre Establishment Activities in FBH“ was organized by the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of FBH (FGA) and held today in Sarajevo. Its objective was to raise the issue of the initiated survey and real estate cadastre establishment activities and prospects for their finalization.

             In the introductory part of the roundtable, Mr. Željko Obradović, FGA Director, welcomed its participants, expressing his delight with the large turnout at the roundtable and good cooperation between the competent institutions, while a presentation on the topic of ,,Finalization of Survey and Real Estate Cadastre Establishment Activities in FBH“ was delivered by Mr. Zijad Džananović, FGA Inspector, and Mr. Stipica Oreč, Director of the Cantonal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the Central Bosnia Canton.

The different starting situations that the new cadastral survey, which is not in the official use, is in were primarily categorized at the roundtable. The activities that need to be undertaken in order for the new cadastral survey to become current and be used for official purposes were also defined, and the legal basis on which cadastral data can be publicly displayed was presented.

All participants, representatives of the municipalities, courts, Geodetic Institute, and Ministry of Justice of FBH, endorsed the initiative and highlighted the importance of promulgating the new cadastral survey for the official use, which will also significantly speed up the updating of the land registers with the cadastral data.
