PLAN OF ACTIVITIES RELATED TO THE ESTABLISHMENT OF ADDRESS REGISTER IN MUNICIPALITIES OF KALESIJA, BANOVIĆI AND STARI GRAD WAS AGREED

On November 27, 2017 a working meeting was held in Municipality of Kalesija. The meeting was attended by representatives of Municipalities of Kalesija and Banovići and members of working Group of CILAP project Component 2, related to the Address Register. The topics of the meeting were: an analysis of the existing settlement system and development of division plan of the streets and squares for all settlements in accordance with the Law. The steps that should follow in establishing the Address Register were presented, which are creation of street polygons, as well as the adoption of municipal decision making on the address system.

 The Municipality of Stari Grad expressed its interest in the establishment of the Address Register, so for the purpose of formalizing the cooperation, a working meeting was held on November 28, 2017. They are acquainted with the contractual obligations and phases of establishing the Address Register.An application for establishing and managing an Address register is also briefly presented. The benefits ofestablishment an Address Register were highlighted at the end of the meeting.

 By signing the Agreement on Joint Obligations in establishing and maintaining the data of the Address Register, this municipalities will proceed to the realization of the project.
