Meeting with the representatives of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina

Delegation of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina, headed by the President Mrs. Irena Hadžiabdić, had meeting with representatives of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on June 20, 2017. The purpose of the organized visit was to familiarize visitors with all activities carried out by Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs through budget, credit and donor projects.

On this occasion, there was also a detailed presentation of the current and planned activities of Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs in the field of Address Register establishment in FBiH. The existing legal deficiencies that hinder the establishment of a central and uniform distribution of address data to all stakeholders and in particular to the state administration bodies at all levels of government were introduced to participants.

Delegation of the Central Election Commission of Bosnia and Herzegovina expressed great satisfaction with the progress made by the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs in the field of Address Register establishment in FBiH, and all in cooperation with local self-governments, to which the original activities and competencies belong.

On this occasion, the future mechanisms of cooperation and mutual support in the field of information and data exchange were also agreed. Mr. Željko Obradović, FGA director, Mr. Denis Tabučić, an employee of the geoinformatics sector, Mr. Ivan Kvesić, an engaged consultant, and Anđa Zimić, CILAP director were present on this meeting on behalf of Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs.
