Expert study visit to the Surveying and Mapping Authority Republic of Slovenia

The expert study visit to the Surveying and Mapping Authority Republic of Slovenia was organized within the CILAP Project, through the activities of third component: Support to the implementation of the Sales Price Register establishment on 3-5 December 2019. Main goal of the expert study visit was detailed studying of the Real Estate Mass Valuation System, and attendees had the opportunity to get acquainted with:

• The legislation and framework of the Real Estate Mass Valuation System
• Organizational aspects and human resources
• Basic elements of the System
• Taxes and Real estate
• The Sales Price Register
• Data and process modeling
• Cadaster of buildings in Republic of Slovenia

These presentations were prepared and held by Mr. Dusan Mirovic, Head of the Mass Valuation department, and Mr. Tomaz Petek Director of the Surveying and Mapping Authority Republic of Slovenia addressed all attendees and held introductory lecture.

On behalf of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs attended members of the CILAP Project Working Group: Mr. Valentino Vlasic, Ms. Jelena Zelić, Ms. Edina Behic- Bolic and Mr. Denis Tabucic, Project Coordinator for the Federation of BiH.

Besides of this expert study visit, the delegation composed of Mrs. Jelka Milicevic, Minister of finance Federation of BiH, Mr. Serif Isovic, Director of the Tax Administration of Federation of BiH, Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, Director of the Federal Administration of Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Mrs. Andja Zimic, Director of the CILAP Project have visited the institutions of the Government of Republic of Slovenia on 2-4 December 2019.
