DONOR COORDINATION MEETING HELD

A donor coordination meeting was held on Thursday, 11 June 2015, in the offices of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the FBH. This meeting is organized on a regular basis as part of the World Bank Real Estate Registration Project Implementation Missions.

The main objective of the donor coordination meeting is to coordinate the donor project activities (the CILAP Project funded with a grant from the Kingdom of Sweden, and the Real Estate Market and European Integration Public Services Project funded with a grant from the Kingdom of Norway) with the Real Estate Registration Project activities.

The meeting started with a presentation of the cadastre software and Geoportal of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the FBH, which was delivered by Denis Tabučić, staff of the Department of Geoinformatics. Results of the implementation of the Real Estate Registration Project, the CILAP Project, and the Real Estate Market and European Integration Public Services Project were briefly presented in the further course of the meeting, which was followed by a discussion on mutual coordination of the activities of the aforementioned projects and technical assistance to the Real Estate Registration Project by the donor projects.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the World Bank by Camille Bourguignon, the World Bank Task Team Leader, Božena Lipej, Cadastre Specialist, and Mirjana Karahasanović, Operations Officer. Moreover, it was attended on behalf of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina by Marie Bergstrom, Counsellor for Development Cooperation, and Nedim Bukvić, Local Portfolio Manager, on behalf of Läntmateriet (the Geodetic Authority of the Kingdom of Sweden) by Bengt Kjellson, Director General, and on behalf of the CILAP Project by Anđa Zimić, Project Director, and Dejan Jeremić, Consultant. Finally, it was attended on behalf of the Mapping Authority of the Kingdom of Norway by Maria Lodin, Senior Adviser before the Property Rights and Development Center, on behalf of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the RS by Miloš Komljenović, Director, and Darko Mišković, Adviser to the Director, and on behalf of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the FBH by Željko Obradović, Director, Nedžad Pašalić, Deputy Director, and Denis Tabučić.

All participants expressed their satisfaction with the level of coordination activities achieved between the aforementioned projects and readiness for further cooperation and project activity coordination.
