CILAP PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING

A meeting of the CILAP Project Steering Committee was held on Thursday, 11 June 2015, in the offices of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the FBH. The CILAP Project is funded by a grant from the Kingdom of Sweden.

The CILAP Project activities that were implemented in 2015 were presented in the first part of the meeting, which was followed by a discussion about the results achieved and the experiences gained. The second part of the meeting focused on discussions about a follow-up to the CILAP Project implementation (the second phase). Following these discussions, the Directors of the Administrations for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the Republika Srpska and the Federation of BH handed over to representatives of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina a joint proposal of the activities for the follow-up to the CILAP Project from 2016-2019.

The meeting was attended on behalf of the Embassy of the Kingdom of Sweden in Bosnia and Herzegovina by Marie Bergstrom, Counsellor for Development Cooperation, and Nedim Bukvić, Local Portfolio Manager, on behalf of Läntmateriet (the Geodetic Authority of the Kingdom of Sweden) by Bengt Kjellson, Director General, and on behalf of the CILAP Project by Anđa Zimić, Project Director, and Dejan Jeremić, Consultant. Moreover, it was attended on behalf of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the RS by Miloš Komljenović, Director, and Darko Mišković, Adviser to the Director, and on behalf of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of the FBH by Željko Obradović, Director, and Nedžad Pašalić, Deputy Director.

The meeting was also attended by Maria Lodin, Senior Adviser, on behalf of the Property Rights and Development Center of the Mapping Authority of the Kingdom of Norway, making it possible to hold a project meeting to discuss results of the implementation of the donor Real Estate Market and European Integration Public Services Project, which is funded by the Kingdom of Norway. Additionally, a follow-up to the implementation and future activities that would be implemented under this follow-up to the aforementioned project from 2016-2019 were discussed.

All participants expressed their satisfaction with the implementation of the CILAP Project so far, supporting its further implementation and continuation of the successful cooperation of the Kingdom of Sweden and Bosnia and Herzegovina on improving land administration in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
