CILAP PROJECT STEERING COMMITTEE

A regular annual Steering Committee meeting of the Project “Capacity Building for Improvement of Land Administration and Procedures in Bosnia and Herzegovina”– CILAP was held in premises of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs on 10 February 2021 in accordance with prescribed epidemiological measures caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

The Steering Committee meeting was attended by:

• Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, Director of the Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs
• Ms. Bosiljka Predragovic, Director of the Republic Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs of RS
• Ms. Andja Zimic, CILAP project director
• Mr. Mikael Ljilje, Head of the International Services Department, Lantmäteriet
• Mr. Torgny Svenungsson, representative of the Swedish Embassy
• Mr. Nedim Bukvic, SIDA representative
• Mr. Dejan Jeremic, National coordinator and Secretary of the Steering Committee
• Mr. Denis Tabucic, CILAP project coordinator for FBiH
• Mr. Jasenko Nedinic, CILAP project coordinator for RS
• Ms. Jelena Zelic, coordinator of the Sales Price Register working group
• Mr. Sead Hadzic, Assistant Director for cadaster, FGA

Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, FGA Director addressed all attendees and opened the Steering committee meeting with the presentation on current projects and activities implemented in FGA, after that Ms. Bosiljka Predragovic, Director of RGA RS presented current status of the projects and activities of the Republic Geodetic Administration of Republic of Srpska.

Coordinators, Mr. Denis Tabucic and Mr. Jasenko Nedinic, presented the Annual Progress Report for Year 2020. The results of project components; Sales price register, Address register and Geodetic infrastructure development were presented by Ms. Jelena Zelic, Mr. Sead Hadzic and Mr. Dejan Jeremic.

Ms. Andja Zimic, CILAP Project Director presented Annual program for Year 2021 and timeframe for the implementation of planned activities.

During the Steering Committee meeting final session, plans for potentially extending the CILAP project implementation have also been considered, as well as further cooperation of the Swedish geodetic administration and entity geodetic administrations.

All participants expressed their great satisfaction with the implementation and results of the CILAP project and concluded that the support that project provides is very important not only for the development of geodetic authorities as direct beneficiaries, but also for the improvement of entire land administration sector in BiH.
