A VISIT TO THE INSTITUTIONS OF THE GOVERNMENT OF REPUBLIC OF SLOVENIA

The Delegation composed of Mrs. Jelka Milicevic, Minister of finance Federation of BiH, Mr. Serif Isovic, Director of the Tax Administration of Federation of BiH, Mr. Zeljko Obradovic, Director of the Federal Administration of Geodetic and Real Property Affairs and Mrs. Andja Zimic, Director of the CILAP Project have visited the institutions of the Government of Republic of Slovenia on 2-4 December 2019.

Main goal of the visit was presentation of the Real Estate Mass Valuation System considering that the Republic of Slovenia is the only country in the region with established Real Estate Mass Valuation System. Numerous of activities were launched through the CILAP Project with an aim of increasing the efficiency and reliability of the land administration process and one of the most important is certainly the Sales Price Register, established in close collaboration with the Tax Administration Federation of BiH. Main goal of the Sales Price Register is bigger transparency and safety of the real estate market.

Within this official visit were held numerous meetings and presentations, at first Mr. Tomaz Petek Director of the Surveying and Mapping Authority Republic of Slovenia presented Project of establishment of the Sales price register and Real Estate Mass Valuation System. The meeting was held in the Ministry of finance as well, and Mrs. Natalija Jereb, State Secretary presented the Republic of Slovenia Tax System, and in the Ministry of Social Welfare Mrs. Ksenija Klampfer, the Minister presented all benefits of the real estate valuation data.

This was very useful visit, considering that the institutions in the land administration sector of Federation of BiH are developing capacities for preparation and realization of the Real Estate Mass Valuation Project.
