A seminar on Law on real rights was held in Mostar, Sarajevo, Tuzla and Jajce

A seminar within the Real Estate Registration Project on Law on real rights of the Federation of BiH ( Official newspapers of the FBiH, nr. 66/13, 100/13) was held in Mostar on 21 June, in Sarajevo on 26 June, in Tuzla on 28 June and in Jajce on 3 July.

On this ocassion speakers were Mr. Enes Hašić, profesor on the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica and Mrs. Darja Softić Kadenić, profesor on the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, and some of the topics were: the establishment of legal unity of real estate, conversion of the right of use or management into the right of ownership according to the current jurisprudence.
