A seminar on Law on real rights of the Federation of BiH was held in City of SARAJEVO

Federal Administration for Geodetic and Real Property Affairs was held a seminar on Law on real rights of the Federation of BiH within the Real Estate Registration Project regular activities. A seminar was held in City of Sarajevo on 6 Novemer 2018.

On this ocassion speakers were Mr. Enes Hašić, profesor on the Faculty of Law of the University of Zenica and Mrs. Darja Softić Kadenić, profesor on the Faculty of Law of the University of Sarajevo, and some of the topics were: registration of a special part of the property , limited real rights (the right of building, the real and personal service, and the right of real cargo), and different aspects of the protection of ownership rights.

On the seminar was attended employees from municipalities: Stari Grad, Tešanj, Novi Grad Sarajevo, Visoko, Trnovo, Kakanj, Kiseljak, Doboj- Jug, Usora, Hadžići, Breza, Maglaj, Centar Sarajevo, Pale, Vareš, Zavidovići, Novo Sarajevo, and representatives from municipal courts in Sarajevo, Zenica and Žepče.
